Sourdough Basque Cheesecake – GF

Description

The traditional Basque cheesecake has a perfect combination of a creamy inside and a nice, caramelized outside.  But because we love sourdough so much, we added a bit of my new gluten free sourdough starter for that extra zing and fermented this beauty for 24h so it’s not just delicious, it’s also good for you.
