Each product is carefully crafted using only natural clean ingredients to ensure you have a healthy relationship with the food you eat.

Nestled in the heart of the bustling, vibrant Māpua Wharf community, Little Bird Store opens on Friday and Saturday from 10am to 12pm, and Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

Whether you need a nice toast for breakfast, a healthy snack for your kids’ lunch box or a delicious dessert for your next potluck, we’ve got you covered.

All we need is bread…

We use the traditional long fermentation method to make real sourdough baked goods. This coupled with our passion for good health, means that everything we do is designed to give the best flavour and the health benefits that come from real food. Together this creates an unbeatable bread that our customers love, bringing nutrition for your whole family.

Pop into our Māpua pop-up store, or simply pre-order your bread by Monday for collection on the following Friday and Saturday from 10am to 12pm, or Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Simply specify your collection day when you place your order.

Our Story

Since she was 12 years old, Adriana has been captivated by the art of baking. The joy of mixing ingredients, the aroma of baked goods coming out of the oven, and the way they bring people together never fails to inspire her.

Today, with a background of nutrition and over 30 years of experience in the kitchen, her mission is to be part of everyone’s healthy food choice.

Each product is made with carefully selected ingredients that you can feel good about. From organic unrefined flours and sugars and the best of NZ local produce, every bite is a celebration of flavours and good memories.

All of our hand-crafted products are lovingly prepared with focus on flavour, health and natural ingredients.
